Workflows And Benefits

AxiOwl is useful when your work spans more than one conversation, account, or device. The family gives you ways to coordinate specialists, keep an agent workspace close, and make better use of the capacity you already have.

Build And Review In Separate Conversations

Let one agent own the implementation and another examine the result. Use Messaging to give the reviewer the exact change, relevant files, and question.

The reviewer keeps an independent context. Its response can return to the builder or coordinator, where the decision and next action remain visible. This works across supported provider surfaces rather than requiring all participants to use the same app.

Keep A Coordinator Focused

A coordinator needs the objective, constraints, decisions, and results. It rarely needs every line of every specialist's command output.

Focused messages can reduce repeated context and leave detailed exploration with the agent doing the work. This can lower the amount of material processed by the coordinator, though actual token use and cost still depend on the models, providers, and workflow.

Keep durable knowledge in files or repositories and send accessible references when the recipient can use them.

Choose Capacity Before Starting

Open Usage Meter before assigning a long task. Compare the relevant account's current allowance windows and reset times. Pick a provider suitable for the work with room to carry it.

The meter informs that choice. It does not move a task automatically or change the provider's quota. Account identity and observation time help you avoid choosing from a reading that belongs to another subscription or period.

Choose The Agent Loop As Well As The Model

In AxiOwl IDE, Billed to, Model, and Brain let you distinguish account access, inference, and the software using tools.

Use a provider CLI when you want its native agent behavior. Use AxiCode with a configured connection when you want the local Goose agent loop. Keep the working directory and permissions aligned with the task.

Stay Involved Away From The Desk

Pair AxiOwl Mobile with the computer doing the work. Open the same host session, read progress, and send the next instruction. Answer permissions or inspect the available file and terminal views when the host supports them.

The repository and provider tools keep running on the computer. The phone provides an interactive view of that environment rather than another detached conversation.

See Usage Without Agent Control

Use a Usage Meter companion when you need account readings in your pocket. It carries a narrower permission: display the desktop's approved usage snapshots.

This is useful for deciding what to start next without exposing project files, terminals, or provider logins to the phone.

Connect A Specialist Service

Import an A2A Agent Card for a service you intend to use. Send the request, follow the task, and collect its result or artifacts. Another local agent can then work with that output.

The endpoint owns its task lifecycle, while AxiOwl provides the connection to your broader workflow.

Understand Cloud Spending

Use Cloud Costs to inspect provider-reported amounts and service breakdowns alongside subscription capacity. Keep time period and currency attached to every comparison.

An hourly cloud observation, a daily total, and a subscription percentage answer different questions. Reading them together is useful precisely because they remain clearly labeled.

Start With The Part You Need

Begin with Messaging, IDE, Mobile, or Usage Meter. Add other products when they serve the work you are actually doing.
